Hip hop dance songs are the most popular form of dance music in clubs right now. However, what exactly makes a good dance song? Is it a catchy hook? Dope lyrics? Here’s the deciding factors for making a hit dance song…
First, the song itself should be unique, even if it is based on samples from other bands (many rap artists have successfully sampled George Clinton, Led Zeppelin and Queen just to name a few). The key to sounding unique is to add your own personal stamp on the song. Take Run DMC’s cover of Aerosmith’s “Walk This Way.” While the lyrics and guitar riff didn’t change, Run DMC’s personal style came through on the track.
For hip hop dance songs, tempo is also a deciding factor. Hip hop tracks tend to run between 90- 115 BPM, with dance hits tending towards the higher end of the spectrum. In addition to speed, a quality dance song should be well mixed. All this means is that the listener should be able to hear each instrument individually, without any one piece standing out too much. Think of a high school band: you know the kid who always played too loud and drowned out the string section? A well mixed song can avoid this.
Once the song is properly mixed, it’s time to master the track. This, along with mixing, is what separates a song your buddy put together, and a hot club mix. Mastering essentially smooths the song out and gives it that polished finish (think Dr. Dre beats).
I’ve included a list of hot hip hop dance songs that work in a club or at a party. Before I share it with you, a few points: First, I left out most underground rap in order to keep this list familiar to a larger audience. These are songs most likely to hear in a club. I’ve also listed a few songs from a few years ago, due to the fact that they haven’t been (too) played out.
No matter what stage of life you’re in, you hear about someone within your circle of friends and family is having a baby. When you’re a child, you might be getting a new baby brother or sister, or the baby may be a sibling of a friend, or even a new cousin. When you become an adult, the new baby may be your own, or one of your siblings or cousins, a neighbor, or a good friend. As we age, the babies we hear about are mostly those of our children or our friends’ children. Whether it’s a brother, sister, cousin, your own child, a niece, nephew, grandchild, or godchild, all are wonderful little gifts that give us reason to celebrate.
Throughout time, people have celebrated by giving gifts, and that’s no different with newborn babies and their families. We commonly give gifts such as baby clothes, strollers, car seats, hampers, diapers, formula, lotions and creams, and toys. One of the best ways to give multiple gifts is to give a baby gift basket filled with essential items that can also be used to store small things that often get misplaced.
Personalized gifts for babies are always a welcome gesture. Custom picture frames are always appreciated and used for many years. Other personalized items that make great baby gifts are towel sets, toy boxes, diaper bags, baby blankets, and toys. You can even get personalized gift baskets that specifically cater to the interests of the new parents, such as their favorite football team, animal, cartoon character, or the theme of the nursery. If the newborn has siblings, it’s easy to include a small gift for them as well.
Newborn baby gift baskets are great baby shower gift ideas that can be filled with items that will come in handy from before the family comes home from the hospital. A newborn baby gift basket can contain such necessities as bibs, socks, hats, diapers, wipes, lotions, soaps, rattles, or any other little trinket you can think of that the new family will need and appreciate.
Digital Piano Keyboards are usually small in size compared to the acoustic piano. Usually they have keys from 20 to 88 keys and 4-5 octaves to 8-9 octaves. Most people prefer to buy this as they are portable and they have different variations or can say modifications of sounds.
The keys are smaller compared to the acoustic piano which makes the handling of the keys easier. This insturment also occupies minimal space compared to the acoustic Piano and they also come in different sizes suitable for any individual person. Compared to the acoustic Piano the Digital Piano is cheap and it enables one to use a USB connection to connect to a computer and sometimes even the MIDI format to connect to the computer.
In a Digital Keyboard one has to see to certain things which are a necessity as it is costly. We should check the instrument thoroughly before paying for it. Things like the speaker, chords, sound control, external chords, the volume control, head phones. Should also check the functions of each keys as some keys may not function properly, so make sure you play and see all the keys and the necessary buttons. Some cheap quality Pianos tend to have lack of certain off notes, they might have even the tempo problem so see to that what you buy is worth the money you pay. There is no harm in paying some more for the best quality and a long lasted.
There are many manufactures in the market, namely Casio, Yamaha, Roland, Korg, Kawai, Suzuki, Ketron, Kurzweil, Gem, etc. The Casio is the first and economical, and the Roland Company is the best among the Digital Piano Keyboards. Yamaha is said to be the most popular. Korg is said to be on the higher end and are cheaper but do not have the quality of Yamaha or Roland. Kawai Keybaords are light weighted and has a fabulous sound effect. Gem Keyboards are very visibly good but they lack the quality and sound performance. Ketron Keyboards are much more costly but they are good. Suzuki does not have good quality. Kurzweil also has a good sound effect.
